The successful candidate will have experience with U.S. healthcare compliance laws and regulations, including expertise in fraud and abuse laws, billing and overpayment rules, controlled substances regulations, patient safety requirements, state board regulations for pharmacy and medicine, and interactions with key government regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
You will contribute to litigation and regulatory strategies while identifying and mitigating key legal and reputational risks for our healthcare products and services. You will partner closely with business leadership to execute strategies to address legal issues in creative, business-focused ways. You will help build processes that effectively manage risk while enabling the business to move quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
- 5 years of healthcare compliance legal experience
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
