About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive contact center architecture strategy that aligns with our organization's overall cloud and technology transformation goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable, secure, and reliable contact center solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the contact center space
• Collaborate with product leaders and architects to identify and prioritize business requirements for contact center capabilities
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of contact center infrastructure and applications
• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance policies
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote effective communication and collaboration
About You
You have 10 years of experience in defining and delivering application architectures, strategies, and solutions. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, which enable you to influence decisions and engage across the organization. Your expertise includes experience with enterprise contact center platforms, including voice and interactive voice response technology. Additionally, you have knowledge of enterprise user experience strategy and are skilled in evaluating, prototyping, and recommending emerging technologies and platforms.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 10 years of experience in contact center architecture, design, and delivery
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms and technologies
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance policies
