About the Role
We are seeking a Coordinator or Assistant Director for Teen Learning & Engagement (YLE) to lead planning, development, and implementation of teen engagement programs and events. The successful candidate will collaborate with clergy, staff, and lay leaders, reporting to the Director of YLE.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Youth Learning and Engagement to create and implement vision and programming for teen engagement.
- Support and manage the Madrichim leadership program, including administrative tasks.
- Advise the TEEns Coordinating Council and assist in coordinating programs and events.
- Maintain the alumni network and oversee the College Outreach Program.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute immersive experiences for teens, youth, and families.
- Teach on Sundays, midweek Hebrew sessions, and Tuesday night school.
- Serve as the 6th and 7th Grade Nisayon Coordinator.
- Manage B'nai Mitzvah Track events in collaboration with clergy.
- Track Hebrew progress and work closely with the clergy's B'nai Mitzvah team.
- Manage the TEEns social media platforms.

- Skilled in writing with audience-focused appeal.
- Flexible for night and weekend shifts.

What We Offer
Salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience. Health insurance, contribution to retirement plan, paid time off, complimentary synagogue membership, and tuition discounts available.
