The Coordinator / Assistant Director of Teen Learning & Engagement will play a key role in developing and implementing programs and events for teens. This includes collaborating with the Director of Youth Learning and Engagement to create immersive experiences for teens, youth, and families, as well as managing the Madrichim leadership program and advising the TEEns Coordinating Council.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, clergy, and lay leaders. You should also have experience in Jewish education and community life, with a strong understanding of traditions, values, and practices.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs and events for teens, including annual teen retreats and trips.
- Manage the Madrichim leadership program, including administrative tasks such as payroll, class assignments, email communications, and Madrichim seminars.
- Advise the TEEns Coordinating Council and assist in coordinating programs and events.
- Maintain the alumni network and oversee the College Outreach Program for college students.
