Job Title: Senior Corporate Enterprise Network Engineer

At the Defense Logistics Agency, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to support our Enterprise Telecommunications Network and Cloud functions. This role will involve exercising expertise in telecom engineering and operational support of current and new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing requirements to manage tasks from inception to conclusion under general supervision
• Expertise with OSPF, Multi-Protocol BGP, MPLS (L2VPN, L3VPN, VPWS, TE, CSC), Multicast (MSDP, PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, Multicast VPN, Quality of Service, VPN Routing and Forwarding and Stateless Firewall Filters)
• Planning, performing, and documenting laboratory assessments of hardware and software for classified and unclassified DISN Services
• Coordinating with government customers to create Technology Assessment Plans and After Action Reports
• Identifying new and emerging network capabilities and developing product evaluation and selection criteria
• Ensuring interoperability between NIPR, SIPR, and DISN network equipment and services

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of progressive Information Technology experience in WAN networks, Pulse Secure Remote Access VPN architecture, and WAN equipment design and implementation
• Tier III network troubleshooting and analysis of hardware, security policy, network management, and network protocols
• Secret Clearance with IT-I eligibility
