Job Description
The Data Science Leadership Role will be responsible for leading a team of over 20 passionate professionals to design and deliver AI products that address complex commercial needs across multiple portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of AI products that drive business impact and accelerate innovation.
- Cultivate, inspire, and grow world-class data science talent.
- Manage relationships across internal teams (sales, patient, medical, etc.)
- Drive commercial results through innovation and change.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- At least 9 years of hands-on experience in analytics, consulting, or a related field, with a proven ability to drive commercial results through innovation and change.
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams, mentoring talent, managing large budgets, and navigating complex organizations.
- A strong command of AI tools and techniques, including regression, classification, NLP, LLMs, AI Agents, hypothesis testing, and promotional response modeling.
