Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous program growth and development under the guidance of the Dean.
- Serve as a key liaison between faculty, staff, and administrators, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Program faculty to develop and maintain curricular quality through monitoring of student course evaluations, grading patterns, post-graduation placements, and related measures.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports to local, State, and Federal agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and direct the work of Program faculty and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program outcomes.
