Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans, manage budgets, and provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
- Lead a team of finance professionals and be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue enhancements
- Provide guidance on financial best practices, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. MBA highly desired. Accounting/cost estimating work experience related to program control, program finance/accounting and/or pricing of government and commercial contracts. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
