- Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and evaluate employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and training to provide excellent customer service.
- Culinary Expertise: Collaborate with our head cook to develop menus that meet federal regulations and provide nutritious and appealing options for our customers.
- Budget Management: Evaluate meal costs and make recommendations for improvements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Reporting and Compliance: Prepare monthly and annual reports for food service, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications
