About the Role
The Director of Network Strategy and Partnerships is a critical position at Jobleads-US, responsible for ensuring the effective management of partnerships with community agencies, youth programs, and MANNA partners.
- Develops and implements strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes, and evaluates the effectiveness of existing programs and services.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to address food insecurity and other social determinants of health.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages engagement, communication, and strategies related to community partner collaborations, such as advisory councils and network conferences.
- Develops, oversees, researches, and implements cultivation efforts for new program initiatives related to the partner network with support of Senior Leadership Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant experience in human services, business/project management, and/or nonprofit management.
- Experience in public speaking, meeting facilitation, program development and management, public and private partnership development.
