We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as our Chief Executive Officer. Working under the direction of the Board of Commissioners, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring compliance with District policies and Washington State law.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Five years of management experience.
- Proven ability to develop and manage budgets.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with payroll and human resources.
- Mastery of Microsoft products, particularly Excel.
You will be the primary staff liaison to the Board of Commissioners and act as a strategic advisor, consultant, and key decision-maker.
