About the Role
Mat-Su Health Foundation is seeking a highly experienced Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs to join our team.
The Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance activities for Mat-Su Health Foundation. This includes ensuring compliance with Joint Venture governing documents, providing strategic leadership of all risk management functions, and managing internal and external legal review processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership of all risk management functions.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Venture governing documents.
- Manage internal and external legal review processes.
- Develop MSHF's contract management function by creating contract policy, contract storage system, and financial analysis of capital projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in risk management or in-house legal.
- Strong legal analysis skills, including interpreting legal advice and communicating it within the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of risk management solutions.
