We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Manufacturing and Testing Services to lead our CMS Manufacturing and Testing capabilities. This position will drive the strategic development of advanced manufacturing processes and testing solutions for our global portfolio of automotive products, including interconnect systems, Antennas, Wireless chargers, and high-speed networking solutions. You will play a pivotal role in aligning our manufacturing capabilities with customer requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
# Coach, mentor, and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Planning, and Production Testing teams.
# Engage with production site leaders and key business stakeholders to drive initiatives that support current and future business needs.
# Foster collaborative relationships across global manufacturing facilities by partnering with international design teams, external manufacturing partners, and suppliers to design for manufacturing.
# Design and implementation of manufacturing and testing strategies that align with product and customer needs.
# Spearhead the creation of advanced manufacturing roadmaps, test strategies, and automation processes.
Requirements:
5 years of experience directly managing supervisors, staff, and programs.
~5 years of experience managing manufacturing engineering and technical teams.
~Demonstrated knowledge within injection molding, stamping/plating, or PCB Assembly manufacturing processes.
~Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel outside North America.
~Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment and Electrical/Electronic systems.
Necessary Skills:
Experience in automotive advanced manufacturing development and design.
Expertise of PCB Assembly and Test applications.
Familiarity with automation soldering, robotics, PLC processes.
