We are passionate about innovation and customer-centricity, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Manufacturing and Testing Services.
This role offers the opportunity to lead our CMS Manufacturing and Testing capabilities and drive the strategic development of advanced manufacturing processes and testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Planning, and Production Testing teams.
- Engage with production site leaders and key business stakeholders to drive initiatives that support current and future business needs.
- Partner with international design teams, external manufacturing partners, and suppliers to design for manufacturing.
- Design and implement manufacturing and testing strategies that align with product and customer needs.
- Create advanced manufacturing roadmaps, test strategies, and automation processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of experience directly managing supervisors, staff, and programs.
- ~5 years of experience managing manufacturing engineering and technical teams.
- ~ Demonstrated knowledge within injection molding, stamping/plating, or PCB Assembly manufacturing processes.
- ~ Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel outside North America.
- ~ Knowledge of RF/microwave test equipment and Electrical/Electronic systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive advanced manufacturing development and design.
- Expertise in PCB Assembly and Test applications.
- Familiarity with automation soldering, robotics, PLC processes.
