Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and provide guidance on clinical services and milieu management.
This position requires someone with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide others to achieve program goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration of clinical services and milieu management.
- Act as a liaison between facilities to integrate various programs and services.
- Initiate corrective actions to meet quality, quantity, schedule, and cost specifications.
- Review financial reports for accuracy and budgetary compliance.
- Prepare regular and special reports on financial status and program results.
- Assist management in developing program policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social sciences, criminal justice, public health, or administration.
- Two years of administrative duties experience in a treatment setting, including supervisory experience.
- PREFERRED certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- PREFERRED certification as a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) and/or Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS).
- In-depth knowledge of management theories and techniques, working knowledge of federal and state rules governing health records confidentiality, and time and project management skills.
