Developmental Brain Injury Services (DBIS)
The Director of Operations supports the administrative team and residential programs of DBIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides operational support, guidance, quality assurance, and planning for DBIS programs under the Vice President's supervision.
- Manages new admissions and residential placements in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Sets up physical operations for new residences/programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Participates in Residential team projects and develops Residential Services.
- Works closely with Program Directors to ensure licensing readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Provides fiscal oversight to ensure Program Directors operate within their budgets.
- Maintains positive relationships internally and externally, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Acts as a team builder, supporter, and player with integrity and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Experience working with the DBIS population.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or three years' experience working with individuals with developmental delays and/or brain injuries.
- Three to five years of management experience.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Certified in Medication Administration under MA MAP guidelines.
