Job Description
The Chief Transformation Officer will lead functions that support employee personnel needs and may oversee key operations providing administrative, operational, and logistical support for employees. This executive leader is responsible for guiding efforts to provide an effective employee experience and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide vision, strategy, and implementation of functions that provide an industry-leading employee experience and organizational culture.
- Guide efforts to provide effective functions for talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation, benefits, labor relations, payroll, and other people-related activities.
- Oversee all aspects of the utility's employee programs and culture-building activities to support execution of a robust strategic plan.
- Report to the Chief Executive Officer, manage a team of 15-30, and serve as an integral member of the LES Executive Leadership Team.
