Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across key markets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs, along with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives profitable revenue growth and expands market share.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  5. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and ensure accurate forecasting.
  6. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 in a leadership role overseeing a sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
