Director, IT Business Solutions

- Balance Utilities' needs with the advancement of enterprise-wide IT capabilities to simplify the technology landscape.
- Partner with Utilities' leaders to understand business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instill a culture of accountability and transparency among the IT team.
- Provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day activities of the Utilities IT organization.
- Work across business segments and functions with IT counterparts to provide effective and efficient solutions that support the transformation priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems.
- Minimum of 10 years of information technology experience.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a IT leader for a global manufacturing company is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplined IT organization and leverage peers' expertise when needed.
