Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and best practices for talent acquisition, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create tailored hiring strategies that meet specific business needs, leveraging industry contacts and professional networks.
- Maintain effective recruiting networks, including industry associations, trade groups, and employees, to drive successful outcomes.
- Determine suitable recruiting methods and manage communication channels to maximize response rates.
- Manage relationships with recruiting agencies and support contract implementation, tracking performance against goals.
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal best practices when managing applicant and interview data.
- Promote proactive talent community growth in high-turnover positions and strategic business plans, expanding the pool of potential candidates.
- Select applicants based on position requirements and candidate interests, referring well-suited candidates to managers.
- Provide critical guidance on roles, responsibilities, benefits, and compensation to help managers and candidates make informed decisions.
- Coordinate interviews and relevant testing, including travel arrangements.
