We are seeking an experienced Engineering Portfolio Manager Lead to join our team. As a key member of the Engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing a global portfolio of engineering projects. In this role, you will lead a team of project managers, develop and optimize project management processes, and ensure successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management within engineering
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale engineering projects
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and practices
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
A bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field is required. A master's degree or PMO certification is a plus.
