In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and grow a cross-functional team (6 direct reports including PLC techs and a Process Engineer)
- Overhaul the preventative maintenance (PM) program and implement a CMMS
- Own and deliver on capital projects ($25K–$500K), totaling ~$2M annually
- Troubleshoot complex electromechanical issues and support PLC/automation systems
- Collaborate closely with leadership on plant improvements and long-term strategy

What you’ll bring:
- 7–10 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in leadership
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)

- Familiarity with CAD/SolidWorks and electromechanical systems
- Bonus: Experience with wire, steel, or paper manufacturing
