Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Jobleads-US. This role will be responsible for supporting the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3, providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform Tier one and two network support in accordance with the SIE OPORD.
- Administer network and communications systems, including LAN and WAN systems.
- Create monitoring reports and manage equipment logs.
- Ensure the functionality of links and coordinate network administration and performance requirements with other members of the networking team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Solid technical skills with experience in a variety of network protocols, software, and hardware involved in LAN and WAN operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Government hardware, software, and network components.
- Ability to plan for and provide reasonable responsiveness in terms of network performance.
