At Jobleads-US, we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our human resources efforts as the Executive Director of HR Operations.
This is an on-site role that requires experience in hospital or healthcare systems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and leading HR strategy within a dynamic and expanding healthcare organization.
You will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives. This includes designing and implementing programs, procedures, training, and guidelines to help align the workforce with our strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include analyzing HR operations through metrics and analytics, proactively leveraging information to address trends and improve future performance.
You will also conduct a continuing study of all human resources policies, programs, and practices to keep our leadership team informed of new developments while remaining compliant with standards and regulations.
Apart from these responsibilities, you will develop and formalize training and development programs in collaboration with department leaders to standardize the training and onboarding process for new hires.
You will serve as a strategic partner by working closely with upper management and leadership to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of managing a professional HR team in a medical setting and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development.
A Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred, along with a minimum of 10 plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.
The selected candidate should have proven experience with HRIS systems, maximizing efficiencies through technology and implementing new systems.
