Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Program Plans and Family Partnership Plans
- Provide case management services to families referred by Child Welfare Services
- Collaborate with community partners to provide support services to families
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with families who have experienced trauma and loss
- Knowledge of child growth and development
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
