The General Manager: Fast Food role involves leading the restaurant team in successful day-to-day operations, training and developing the team, identifying talent, interviewing and hiring new Crew members, writing schedules that meet business needs, and assisting the General Manager with administrative duties. This includes building sales, managing the restaurant budget, maintaining a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service, and maintaining cleaning and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language(s) of the work location. A related field or an equivalent in education and experience is also required. Furthermore, you must have knowledge of and the ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
