Apprentice General Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the restaurant team in successful day-to-day operations, setting an example and upholding standards and behaviors consistent with our values and culture.
- Train and develop the restaurant team, particularly Kitchen and Service Managers.
- Identify talent, interview, and hire new Crew members.
- Write schedules that meet business needs, delivering a great customer experience while maintaining financial responsibility.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative duties, including payroll, inventory, food ordering, cash handling, etc.
- BUILD SALES AND MANAGE THE RESTAURANT BUDGET
- Maintain a clean restaurant with excellent quality food and customer service.
- Maintain cleaning and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
- Assist with local store marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
- Have knowledge of and ability to use a PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess related field or equivalent education and experience.
