Job Requirements
- Law degree (JD) from an accredited law school in the United States
- Minimum 7 years' experience addressing corporate transactions and SEC-related matters with international law firm and/or as in-house corporate counsel
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and proven success in using the law to the best interests of clients
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, virtual, and complex environment
