CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as the district's lead administrator for financial operations, creating and implementing the district's vision and overall organizational direction for the business office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, administering, monitoring, and coordinating the district budget
- Developing, coordinating, monitoring, and administering budgets for departments assigned to CFO supervision
- Leveraging finance, payroll, risk & benefits, information technology, procurement & purchasing expertise to drive business decisions
- Maintaining strong collaboration and communication skills with district staff, administrators, and board members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance expected; Master's degree preferred
- Significant experience in school finance leadership, including budget development, financial planning, and analysis
- Expertise in finance, payroll, risk & benefits, information technology, procurement & purchasing
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with district stakeholders
