Job Description:
The Director of Financial Aid NCC is responsible for administering all federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs. This includes maintaining knowledge of current regulations, ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements, and overseeing the awarding, disbursement, and reconciliation of financial aid funds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain awareness of federal and state regulations governing financial aid.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial aid applications and awards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Title IV and other federal and state regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and college staff regarding financial aid matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Counseling, or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
