Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Operations professional to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer. This individual will be responsible for leading our organization, developing strategic plans, and implementing effective financial management practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior management, with experience in financial analysis, program/project management, change leadership, and communication & influence. Additionally, they should have a proven track record of building trust, expanding reach, and fostering collaborative relationships within the community.

About the Position
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including YMCA Retirement (9% paid by Y, 3% by employee contribution once eligibility is met), YMCA 403B savings account (100% by employee), and other benefits per personnel policy.
Accredited 4-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience are required. A minimum of seven years prior experience in a senior management role with a YMCA or related experience at a comparable organization with direct supervision of multiple levels of staff and employees is preferred.
