This position is responsible for analysis and technical support for the Office of Financial Aid, ensuring seamless functionality of Ellucian Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, SAP Business Objects reporting tool, self-service, and other administrative applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes to identify needs and lead implementation, testing, and deployment of solutions.
- Support new and existing programs, applications, system integrations, business intelligence, and overall system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide comprehensive financial aid counseling to students, families, and prospective students on state, federal, and institutional student aid programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in higher education or financial aid is preferred.
- Three years of analyst experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse campus environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Banner, and SAP Business Objects reporting tool.
