Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining periodic reporting to support operations management in analyzing results of operations and making business decisions.
The Director of Financial Strategy will oversee the company's accounting function, including preparation of financial statements, month-end and year-end closing processes, and maintenance of the general ledger. Additionally, they will manage the company's treasury function, including cash management, banking relationships, and debt financing.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders. Experience with Project Accounting for Fixed Price and Time & Materials projects is strongly preferred.
