Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Providing ongoing coaching and training to our staff.
- Building strong relationships with our guests and promoting repeat visits.
- Monitoring financial performance and making informed decisions.
Requirements for the Position
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in food service management, preferably in a scratch kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Minimum 21 years of age with authorization to work in the United States.
- Computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
