The Club at Quail Ridge is seeking a visionary General Manager/COO to lead its operations and drive business growth. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring exceptional member experiences.

- Oversee multiple departments, including F&B, Golf, Residential Services, and Marketing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership and management experience in a private member-owned club community or high-end resort operation.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
