At JobLeads, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented General Manager to lead our studio in Pilates sales and operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in fitness sales or relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of generating personal sales and supervising Sales Representatives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and revenue through memberships, sales packages, and retail
- Supervise instructors and lead a sales team
- Coordinate grassroots events and implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Manage staff schedules and supervise Sales Representatives
- Hire/Manage all instructors at the studio
