Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences
- Set and achieve financial goals, including budget management and reporting on key performance metrics
- Maintain high standards of guest service by implementing service standards and resolving issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Built and maintain positive relationships with local business partners, the community, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role
- Proven track record of managing profitable hotel operations and achieving financial goals
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
