About the Role
The successful candidate will partner with the Head of Total Rewards to design and implement benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of employees worldwide. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and scale global benefits strategies in partnership with the Head of Total Rewards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize benefit programs
- Evaluate and recommend business partners based on performance and value
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and system documentation
- Oversee the integration and harmonization of benefits packages for colleagues joining iCapital through acquisition
- Utilize data analytics to assess benefit program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain documentation and reporting requirements related to benefits programs
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on total rewards strategies
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in benefits management, preferably gained while working for a global organization
- Strong knowledge of US and global benefits best practices, regulations, and trends
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across cultures and functions
