About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Global Benefits to oversee the development and execution of our global benefits strategy. Reporting to the Global Head of Total Rewards, this role will collaborate with internal and external partners to create benefits that align with our values and culture, while ensuring effective and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and scale global benefits strategies that meet the diverse needs of employees, local regulations, company culture, and business requirements.
- Lead the selection and evaluation of benefit vendors, trustees, and other administrative agencies, ensuring they deliver value and support our benefit requirements.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, including system and process documentation.
- Oversight the integration and harmonization of benefits packages for colleagues joining the company through acquisition.
- Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs, identifying areas for improvement through benchmarking and market positioning.
- Develop cost-effective ways to administer global benefit programs in locally relevant ways.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations across regions, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
- Present reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on total rewards strategies.
- Develop communication tools and documents to drive effective communication of benefit strategies and programs.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in benefits management, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong knowledge of US and global benefits best practices, regulations, and trends.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings effectively.
- Proven project management skills, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across cultures and functions.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive base salary range of $155,000 to $180,000, plus a comprehensive compensation package that includes equity, an annual performance bonus, and a generous benefits package, including employer-matched retirement plan, health insurance, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
