Global Finance Senior Manager - Performance Coatings
The Global Finance Senior Manager - Performance Coatings will serve as a business partner to the Performance Coatings Business Unit's Vice President, participating in creating and executing the business strategy. This role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting, with a minimum 10 years of experience in varied financial/analytical positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a 'business partner' to the Performance Coatings Business Unit's Vice President; be an active member of the business's cross-functional leadership team.
- Monitor, analyze, and communicate financial results of the business.
- Prepare P&L forecasts as required.
- Direct the business team to make sound working capital decisions that maximize free cash flow.
- Partner with Vice President and Leadership Team to provide financial analysis and guidance for business development projects.
- Work with commercial team on sales proposals, product pricing, and terms and negotiations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in varied financial/analytical positions.
- Self-starter with a desire to achieve.
- Experience preparing executive level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA and/or MBA or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with acquisitions (strategic planning, modeling, due diligence, and integration).
