">The Opportunity
">This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a Director Atopic Dermatitis & Respiratory Global Pricing within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO). As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of global pricing strategy and policies for Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine's growing Atopic Dermatitis and Respiratory pharmaceutical portfolio.
">About You
">We seek a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, a minimum of 7 years of experience developing pharmaceutical pricing policies or related market access experience, and prior experience in the Atopic Dermatitis therapeutic area is preferred. You must have experience working with Europe, US, and/or Asia PAC regulatory government bodies and possess strong strategic, analytic, networking and negotiation skills.
">Duties and Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement global pricing strategy and policies to maximize access and optimize revenue
- Collaborate with regional and operating company Market Access and Pricing representatives to ensure aligned pricing strategies and policies
- Lead global pricing governance activities for assigned products
- Monitor competitors ensuring pricing strategies account for anticipated competitor activity
- Optimize filing launch sequencing plan with Regulatory, Commercial, and Market Access teams
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Experience in a global, multi-cultural or multi-country environment preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to navigate and influence in a complex, global organization
