About the Role
We're looking for a strategic leader to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. As Head of Medical Services, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and retaining a high-performing team of Program Managers and instructional designers.
You'll support the team in leading and executing end-to-end GTM enablement strategies, fostering strong technical expertise, and raising performance standards across the team. This includes demonstrating rigorous and data-driven perspectives to establish areas of focus and measure team impact.
