Job Title: Head of Operations
The Head of Operations at our Devens site is an integral part of the Leadership team.
This position offers the opportunity to scale operations significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Manufacturing teams, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement.
- Develop, implement, and deliver our Manufacturing strategies alongside operational goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and drive the implementation of Lean Business strategy and Value Streams.
Leadership Expectations:
- Lead and develop a team of operations leaders at the Devens site.
- Collaborate with relevant Value Stream Managers to measure product sales and optimise profitability through quality management and lean initiatives.
- Drive the growth and expansion of manufacturing operations.
Requirements:
- Proven operational and strategic leadership experience in a similar role OR within a Manufacturing Manager level role, ready for the next step.
- Experience in a highly regulated engineering/manufacturing environment.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
