Head of Operations
This is a critical leadership role that will drive the growth and expansion of manufacturing operations at our Devens site. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of operations leaders, implementing lean business strategies, and ensuring the site meets its sales and production targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven operational and strategic leadership experience in a similar role or within a manufacturing manager level position, ready to take on the next challenge. They should also have experience working in a highly regulated engineering/manufacturing environment and managing complex manufacturing facilities or multi-site operations.
The Head of Operations will work closely with the Continuous Improvement Lead to direct and implement a lean business strategy that achieves best-in-class practice. They will also collaborate with value stream managers to measure product sales and optimize profitability through quality management and lean initiatives.
