About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Head of Innovation and Growth to lead our R&D efforts. In this role, you will support corporate development projects, such as expansion into new geographies or new products, and evaluate M&A opportunities.
You will execute specific initiatives to improve Driscoll's understanding of competitive intelligence, consumer trends, and macro/sociopolitical impacts on the business. This includes interpreting external trends into meaningful short- and long-term goals for Driscoll's and its Global R&D Business Unit.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, quantitative analysis, executive communication, research, project management, journalism, and strategic thinking. A valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions are also required.
