Job Title: Ice Cream Head of HR, Supply Chain, North America
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead our Employee Relations/Industrial Relations strategy for the Ice Cream Supply Chain organization in North America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Employee Relations/Industrial Relations strategies and plans to foster a proactive and positive work environment within the business unit.
- Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws, including working hours and safety regulations.
- Review and develop plans to manage inflation and keep factories/distribution centers competitive.
- Support factories in creating and reinforcing local policies.
HR Business Partner for Supply Chain:
- Act as main partner for the Supply Chain Head of the business unit, overseeing and aligning people and development programs across all sourcing units and supply chain teams.
- Identify capability needs and implement training and capability development programs tailored to the Supply Chain team's needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field.
- 15 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years leading HR for factories.
