">We are currently involved in a confidential recruitment process to find an exceptional professional to fill the position of Operations and Sales Director. Based primarily in Trois-Rivières, this individual will oversee operations at the Montreal and Toronto facilities while supervising sales activities across the entire Canadian market.
">Main Objectives:
- To develop and implement effective plans to achieve business objectives.
- To maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of the job.
- To manage production teams efficiently and effectively.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
- To establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- To monitor and report on production performance and costs regularly.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
This role requires a relevant university degree (engineering or related field), minimum 5 years in team management, and management experience in a manufacturing environment. Mandatory bilingualism is necessary given the international context. Solid technical knowledge of automated equipment, proficiency in MS Office, practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, and knowledge of SAP are also essential.
