About the Role
- This is a night shift position where you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs in TWI principles, job instruction, job safety, and job methods.
- You will conduct safety training sessions, imparting best practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- In this role, you will assist in the facilitation of high-performance culture trainings and employee orientation to discuss and provide training on servant leadership.
- As a Manufacturing Excellence Leader, you will serve as a role model, guiding others to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) correctly and effectively by displaying sensitivity to others.
- You will provide constructive feedback to employees, fostering continuous improvement and skill development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all employees are aware of and comply with safety regulations.
- Assist in the facilitation of high-performance culture trainings and employee orientation to promote a positive work environment.
- Serve as a resource for employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business administration, industrial engineering, or human resources.
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on training and development.
- Advanced understanding of manufacturing processes, leadership principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions
- This is a night shift position, working approximately 40% of the time.
- The majority of the workday will be spent standing or walking, with occasional lifting required.
