In this role, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational design strategies to attract and retain high-potential talent across all functions and levels of the business. You will work closely with the Division VP of Human Resources to develop and implement innovative talent strategies to progress the organization forward in talent strategy and employee experience. Your focus will be on leveraging AMETEK standard processes and tools, as well as developing modern strategies to address the evolving needs of our business.

Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Division VP of Human Resources to drive talent acquisition, talent management, organizational design, and development strategies.
- Develop and implement innovative talent strategies to attract and retain high-potential talent.
- Execute AMETEK standard programs, ensuring team members are trained and proficient in program requirements, and AMETEK HR operational expectations.
- Facilitate annual people processes including compensation planning and performance management.
- Collaborate with and coach the management team to drive improvement, implement cultural change, organization and talent development, workforce planning and a rewarding employee experience.
- Build a robust leadership development and succession plan, a career planning process, individual development plans, knowledge transfer plans, and onboarding strategies.
