Job Summary
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, supporting UH St. John Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Center's departments and programs, including Quality Improvement Department, Patient Safety Program, and Risk Management Program.
- Oversee patient experience initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and best practices.
- Collaborate with legal and system leadership to maintain regulatory standards and accreditation.
- Work with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based practices in clinical care, national, home care, and hospice goals in patient safety, core measures, and other quality initiatives.
- Lead the development of clinical reporting using various data sources and methods.
- Support agency leadership in utilizing quality improvement methodology to achieve clinical outcomes.
- Serve as the agency Patient Safety Officer.
- Develop, analyze, and present data and reports to medical staff, management staff, and other groups.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of data to respond to internal and external groups.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect patient health information (PHI) according to UH policies and procedures.
